The Membership Advantage
Executive Members of Coachwood Golf & Country Club can purchase their Executive Membership cards for less than their face value.
Choose between three card types: Gold, Platinum, or Black. Each card acts similarly to a gift card, but with a discount applied at the time of purchase.
The cards are redeemable at all locations on the course, including tee times, the pro shop, cart rentals, food and beverage.
Cardholders receive benefits such as preferred tee times. Executive Membership Cards, which have no expiration date, are ideal for any golf enthusiast or can be gifted to a friend, family member, or business associate.
Additionally, the Black Card provides access to Coachwood’s concierge service and priority seating at all Coachwood Golf & Country Club dining establishments.

The Gold card membership is valid for booking priority Tee times (14 days ahead) at a discounted rate (equal to a 10% discount) that never expires, seven days a week.
The Executive Member’s Gold card entitles you to a discounted rate (equal to a 10% discount) on our on-site golf carts seven days a week, and it never expires.
You can use your Executive Member’s Gold card on-site on food and beverages (no expiration + a discount equal to 10%)

What can you use it for?
All Executive Membership cards can be used anywhere on the course - from the Pro Shop, to the restaurant, and even on the course!
Do I get additional discounts at the course?
Each card is discounted when purchasing the card. For example, with the Gold Card, you pay only $900 but you get $1000 loaded onto the card - a savings of 10%!
What is Coachwood's concierge service?
The modern-day young professional sees value in access to an efficient personal concierge service that responds perfectly to their needs for experiences that are both exclusive and luxurious. For example, organizing bachelor parties or having flowers and champagne waiting for a romantic anniversary dinner.
Are they physical cards?
Executive Members can use their cards either physically in person (pictured above) or saved digitally to their phone. All cards are linked to members phone numbers, so if a physical card is lost, the member does not lose out on the balance in their card.
How do Executive Members book tee times?
Executive Members will login to their Golf Now account and book a tee time as usual. Executive Members will not have the option of pre-paying in advance. Instead, they will book their tee time and then pay at the counter when they arrive.
Can I use the cards for events?
The Executive Memberships exclude golf events such as booking an entire tournament, and other events, such as weddings and birthday parties.
