Coachwood Golf Terms and Conditions
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information is information about you that identifies you as an individual, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to surveys, search functions, questionnaires, feedback, Tell Your Story forms and the like. On some of our Sites, we offer health assessment tools that ask you to provide self-assessment information. We may also ask you to provide additional information such as your e-mail address if you want to obtain additional services, information, participate in a contest or to resolve complaints or concerns.
There may be links from our Sites to other websites; note that this Privacy Policy applies only to our Sites and not to web sites of other companies or organizations to which our Sites may be linked. You must check on any linked sites for the privacy policy that applies to that site and/or make any necessary inquiries in respect of that privacy policy with the operator of the linked site. These links to third party websites are provided as a convenience and are for informational purposes only. The Company does not endorse, and is not responsible for, these linked websites.
Although you are not required to register to access our Sites, you may be asked to provide us with personal information when you visit certain sections of our Sites. Your use of our Sites signifies your acknowledgement and consent to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not continue to use our Sites. Your continued use of the Sites signifies your acceptance of these terms and any changes in effect at the time of use.
EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP (refund policy)
Executive Membership cards are non-refundable, but they can be transferred. Cards can be used anywhere at Coachwood Golf and Country Club, except for tournaments, and special events like weddings and birthday parties. Membership Cards can be used to pay for four golfers per day, providing they are playing in the same group. Executive Membership Cards are reloadable, and must be reloaded in the full amount.
TEE TIME CANCELLATION POLICY
Golfers who cancel their tee time with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Golfers who cancel less than 48 hours before their tee time or do not show up for their tee time will be charged the full amount on their credit card.
Power Carts
A valid G2 licence and a valid credit card are required for golfers who wish to rent a power cart. Maximum of two riders per cart. Any damage to power carts is the responsibility of the individuals.
Alcohol
Only alcohol purchased at Coachwood Golf & Country Club is permitted. All other alcohol will be confiscated. All golfers who receive an alcoholic beverage as part of their golf purchase must be legal drinking age. Proof of identification must be provided if requested. If the patron is unable to provide valid photo ID, Coachwood Golf & Country Club employees have the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse to serve the patron. Any alcoholic beverage included in the purchase of golf can be substituted for a fountain drink.
Zero Tolerance
Coachwood Golf & Country Club is dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment for all of its employees and patrons. Abuse, whether physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Any disrespectful behaviour, whether to the course, other patrons, or employees, is not tolerated and those who are being disrespectful will be asked to leave the course, at the sole discretion of Coachwood Golf & Country Club, its owners and its management.
Dress Code
– golf shirts must be worn
– jeans or jean shorts, tank tops, strapless or halter tops, half length shirts, or bathing suits are not permitted
– players must wear soft-spiked golf shoes, running shoes, or soft-soled shoes. Boots, heels, or soccer cleats of any kind are not permitted.i
